A live-action commercial showcasing GeeOne’s Fidget Spinners, where light motivates each shot.


Okay fine, that’s a lie! These spinners aren’t from GeeOne.

Initially created a fictional brand named after my cinematography professor because his last name, Hyde, sounded formal, but I was shot down after filming.



During boarding, I had a clear vision of how I wanted the shot compositions to look. But once filming began, I learned that you will never get the exact shot.

Behind the scenes!

For this shot, I placed the spinners on a turntable and pushed each one very slowly. Then I turned off all room lights and moved a light rod back and forth as the spinners spun.
